The candidate should have experience working on deal teams and should have general familiarity (commensurate with their year) of corporate law. Should have substantive experience with mergers and acquisitions; private equity and venture capital investments; leveraged buyouts as well as general corporate experience. Should preferably be able to draft and negotiate various transaction documents, including Securities Purchase Agreements.
