More complete informations about this vacancy opportunity kindly read the description below. We're looking for a talented Loan Officer Assistant to join the Mortgage Master team. Will assist with the collection of documentation and processing o! f customer applications for residential real estate loans by performing the following duties:
Set up loan files and collect and review documents related to applicants financial status, credit and property evaluation prior to submission to processor/underwriter for verification and recommendation Correspond with or interview customers and/or creditors to resolve questions regarding application information Request property appraisals, applicant credit reports, background checks, reference checks and other information pertinent to customers loan application Communicate with RE brokers, appraisers and/or attorneys as needed; some face to face customer interaction as well as phone and e-mail contact May be involved in marketing efforts as directed by Loan Officer Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following abilities, attributes, experience and skills:
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and a minimum of 6 months rel! ated experience and/or training Strong computer and phone skil! ls Attention to detail and ability to multi-task Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of the mortgage/lending business Knowledge of FNMA and FHLMC and their automated underwriting systems. Prior experience as a Loan Officer Assistant or Processor a must NetOxygen experience a plus EOE
