Primary responsibilities include :
- Securing revenue by continually reducing the firm’s accounts receivable balance
- Contacting clients, mainly through email, regarding receivables over 30 days old
- Compiling and uploading missing/supporting documentation to client websites
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies, adjusting bills both in the firm’s system and on client websites when necessary
- All other related duties! as assigned
- A! ssociates Degree
- Detail oriented
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong professional and interpersonal communication skills, both verbally and through written electronic correspondence
- Legal experience a plus
