Shechtman Halperin Savage, LLP has an opening in its finance department for a full-time accounts receivable specialist. Primary responsibilities and qualifications are listed below. Interested candidates should submit their resume and cover letter, including salary requirements.

Primary responsibilities include :

• Securing revenue by continually reducing the firm’s accounts receivable balance
• Contacting clients, mainly through email, regarding receivables over 30 days old
• Compiling and uploading missing/supporting documentation to client websites
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies, adjusting bills both in the firm’s system and on client websites when necessary
• All other related duties as assigned

Q! ualifications :

• Associates Degree
• De! tail oriented
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Strong professional and interpersonal communication skills, both verbally and through written electronic correspondence
• Legal experience a plus
• Confidentiality is a must in order to protect clients’ privacy rights
• Professional appearance and manner
