Primary responsibilities include :
- Preparation and finalization of client bills
- Compiling and uploading supporting documentation to client websites
- Uploading invoices to client websites
- Researching and providing answers to client billing inquiries
- All other duties as assigned
- High School diploma / GED
- Detail oriented
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong professional and interpersonal communication skills, both! verbally and through written electronic correspondence Legal experience needed, foreclosure experience preferred
- Confidentiality is a must in order to protect client’s privacy rights
