Responsible for the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of a universal product development process that enables our teams to deliver quality, on cost, and on time product introductions to our global market. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and implement process change initiatives throughout the Global Development Organization
• Build partnerships with global business partners to explore, analyze, document and improve product development processes
• Collaborate with cross functional task teams in the facilitation, design and implementation of new process solutions
• Assist in the creation and continuous improvement of process documentation, training tools, and education forums
• Establish strong relationships with Project Managers in an effort to continuously improve and support the Global Development Process.

Education Requirements:
Bacheloras Degree in business or technical area

3 - 5 yrs experience preferred

Experience:
3 - 5 yrs experience with process mapping and process improvement initiatives preferred. Expertise of Process Analysis techniques (Lean, Value Stream Mapping, etc) a plus.

Complexity:
Functional Competencies:
Proficient Leadership Skills, Change Management Techniques, Proficient Presentation Skills, Knowledge of Design, Engineering and/or Project Management as applied to the development of consumer products.
