Sr Systems Analyst (Content Mangement/Web)

The Core Content/Search Architecture Team team is part of the broader Web Search and Content Group under PI Product Technology. Our team is responsible for designing solutions that extend our content platform to meet business requirements. Some of our primary focus areas include: NetBenefits 2.0/3.0 workstreams, PI Mobile, WI Mobile and Fidelity.com, providing technical designs that are handed off to the core implementation team.
As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements from our business and systems partners while working with your teamâs project managers and architects ensuring the designed solution meets all requirements. You will be required to become a subject matter expert in our SDL/Tridion content management system and lead discussions with our technology partners on how we can best meet their requirements. You will also train people from other systems teams on how to use the CMS while they are onboarded to the content platform.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead discussions between the development and business teams Identify, verify and document requirements (business, functional and technical), stories, use cases, business flows and acceptance criteria to support development of technology and/or business-driven technology solutions Support the project manager with project planning, status, estimates and budget control Support the team through the Agile project lifecycle including requirements, development, testing/quality assurance and production release Participates in research to identify and recommend effective solutions design and alternate options Evaluates design of new and existing systems to judge their functionality, effectiveness, reliability, performance, usage, maintainability and cost of ownership Hands on configuration of the content management system and interface (i.e. setting up schemas, component templates, page templates, etc in SDL Tridion) Develop systems documentation and end user editorial training guides Assist in the preparation and execution of developer integration tests Mentors junior system analysts Recommends best practices and departmental standards
Education and Experience
Bachelor''s degree in an IT discipline required Minimum of 5 year(s) of systems analysis experience required Web or Mobile project experience required Knowledge of content systems or SDL Tridion a plus Strong understanding of project lifecycle; Agile experience a plus

Managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment; quickly learn, adapt and change to meet the needs of a changing environment Ability to shift gears quickly and make sound decisions under demanding time constraints and limited information Strong problem solving.
