Description and Requirements
岗位职责：
1. 制定维修规划，包括维修房区域的选定，维修设备采买及调式验收，维修房人力的评估计算；
2. 负责维修人力工作安排及管理，相关KPI的制定和落实；
3. 负责新增业务的开发与对外赋能；
4. 负责维修新技术的开发及课程制作；
5. 维修主板WIP管控、维修员效率制定，减少主板维修报废率，协助产线改善生产主板的良率。
岗位要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，材料、机械或电子专业优先；
2. 5年以上SMT制造工程相关经验；
3. 熟悉SMT维修工艺、电路知识；
4. 能够完成改善并输出报告，有专项改善经验优先；
5. 熟悉电路板分析，具备电子分析能力；
6. 吃苦耐劳，具有良好的沟通协调能力。
