2 Research Assistants (Santolan Pasig)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Agriculture or any allied field.
- With background and knowledge in product registration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Detailed and organized
- With strong sense of urgency
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensures that all licenses under government agencies (BFAD, FDA, FPA, etc.) are valid.
- Ensures that all company products have Certificate of Product Registration.
- Ensures that requested import permits are available before the arrival of products.
- Constant communication with suppliers for documents required in registration and exemption certificates.
- Process exemption certificates, when applicable and/or required by Sales & Marketing or Supply Chain.
- Checks that importation documents for imported products are under our registered suppliers.
- Constant communication with all government agencies for the status of renewal, products registration, import permits, exemption certificates, and product evaluation applications.
- Organizes and safe keeps all licenses, product registrations, external documents from suppliers and other documents.
