YOUR TASKS

• 
  Responsible for escalation in case of non-compliance incl. monitoring of product and process compliance in the internal factory based on the quality specification documents and guidelines
  
• Active support in the context of training and development of staff to ensure the necessary qualifications
  
• Support risk analysis (FMEA) and initiate preventive measures with those responsibilities including effectiveness check
  
• Maintenance/updating of the quality assurance plan for series production in alignment with manufacturing engineer / mechanical engineer (Control Plan, FMEA, Parts History List, etc.)
  
• Identify main contributors of quality deviations and risks and drive tasks out of the quality improvement plans (QIP). Supporting the implementation of measures in case of NQE/CLR-reduction activities in operations
  
• Transferring the content of Control Plan into plant specific tools, assuring sufficient information of those responsible, checking correct application and reviewing/updating the Control Plan based on customer’s feedback, internal performance and risk assessment (e. g. P-FMEA)
  
• Statistical evaluation of quality key performance indicators to identify possibilities of product- / process-optimization in case of internal and external claim management in serial production
  
• Supporting DMAIC-activities cross department interfaces related to production and process technologies
  
• Preparation of relevant department in case of external / internal systems- and process-audits, manage deviations by observation of corrective actions
  
• Responsible for regular execution of product audits; evaluation of defined activities in case of product deviations
• Responsible for COP and requalification tests; tracking of defined activities in case of product deviations; Arrangement, coordination, monitoring of internal sorting and reworking activities in agreement with those responsibilities
  
• Assessing and validation the impact of process and product changes in production
  
• Supervise the validity of defined specific product- and process-boundary samples. Escalation to responsible department for the initiating of corrective actions if necessary
  
• Perform statistic evaluation for serial process- / product-inspections
  
• Supervise the reworking of parts, sub-assemblies and devices as well as the buy-passing / alternative production processes
  
• Observation of needed MSA-studies and development / coordination of corrective actions if necessary
  
• Perform Q-document reviews; quality related documents in production are actual and consistent

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• University Degree
• Job Related experience more than 2 up to 3 years
