We are FCP Live-In, a large and fast growing Live-in Elder Care Agency specializing in Post-Acute Care and Transitional Care to Reduce Hospital Readmissions.
We are seeking an experienced Ins ide Sales Representative with outreach experience in the Health Care Field.
FCP Live-In is a regional provider in New England and we have this outstanding positions open to work at home and in our Providence office.
This is your chance to tap into the booming eldercare market and be on the cutting edge of the historic shift in Health Care to Value Based purchasing. The aging baby boom population offers unlimited growth potential for our services for many years to come.
You will be responsible for building relationships with Adult children, Visiting Nurse Associations, Insurance Providers, discharge planners, case managers, social workers, elder care attorneys, hospitals, nursing homes, follow up on leads and discharges.
MUST have Inside Sales outreach experience. Working in healthcare or Assisted Living is a plus. This is a high profile growth oriented position with a respected healthcare company.

REQUIRMENTS:
- Inside Sales experience and health care outreach experience is required.
- Self-starter who can work with little supervision.
- Must be highly motivated.
- Experience marketing to Adult children, Hospitals, Physician groups, nursing homes, hospitals, eldercare, assisted living facilities or SNF’s a plus.
- Responsible for maintaining CRM database in Salesforce.com.
- Perform daily activity required by FCP Live-In in order to achieve quota requirements.
- Timely completion and submission of required reporting paperwork and projects as determined by Care Coordinator.
- Prepare for and attend monthly sales meetings.
