Job Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with attorneys, realtors, customers and other third parties.
- Analyze the customer's particular reasons for purchase or refinance, plus their financial background, and review the availability of all loan products that might fit the customer's needs.
- Advise the customer of the inherent risks and benefits of loan alternatives in order to recommend the most suitable product.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in market conditions that affect the Company's many loan products.
- Meet and maintain all mortgage loan origination licensing requirements, including continuing education requirements.
- Successful completion of state and national exams
- Sales/customer service oriented
- Retail mortgage origination experience
- Self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills!
- Flexibility in scheduling and meeting the needs of c! ustomers and associates will be required
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite
- Positive attitude a must
