Job Responsibilities:
Build relatio! nships with attorneys, realtors, customers and other third parties. Analyze the customer's particular reasons for purchase or refinance, plus their financial background, and review the availability of all loan products that might fit the customer's needs. Advise the customer of the inherent risks and benefits of loan alternatives in order to recommend the most suitable product. Stay up-to-date on changes in market conditions that affect the Company's many loan products. Meet and maintain all mortgage loan origination licensing requirements, including continuing education requirements.
Requirements:
Successful completion of state and national exams
Sales/customer service oriented
Retail mortgage origination experience
Self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills
Flexibility in scheduling and meeting the needs of customers and associates will be required
Familiarity with MS Office Suite
Positive attitude a must
