Executive Compensation, Senior Director Duties: Will be responsible for the e! ffective design, delivery and administration of the company's executive rewards programs. Responsible for the preparation of all Board Compensation Committee materials requiring close working relationships with direct reports, Finance, Legal, and the outside Compensation Committee consultant. Periodically assess all executive reward programs to ensure they continue to meet the company and stated plan objectives. Prepare all annual proxy materials relating to the company s executive compensation programs. Manage company Equity program design, budgeting, compliance, communications, and annual grant process. Responsible for effective and timely communication of all executive rewards programs to plan participants. Manage all deferred compensation and non-qualified retirement programs. Perform ongoing benchmarking of all executive rewards programs vs. the competitive landscape, incorporating trends to recommend changes to plan and program design. Included in this effort is bench! marking of individual executive compensation elements and tota! l direct compensation against relevant benchmarks to assess competitiveness. Provide consultation to HR Generalists, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders to develop and secure approvals for executive new hire and promotional compensation packages. Ensure all plans and processes are compliant with the associated tax, legal and reporting regulations. Review all administrative processes and identify areas of process improvement. Monitor trends in executive rewards and proactively brief appropriate audiences to ensure timely consideration of changes in external environment or market practice.
Qualifications : A Bachelor's degree, preferably with a quantitative focus. MBA, CPA or J.D. degree is a plus. 5+ years of executive compensation experience. Understanding the financial and accounting impacts of executive rewards programs, including 162m and IRC 409a. Thorough understanding of all related legislative and regulatory issues impacting executive rewards p! rograms. Demonstrated track record of effective people leadership and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent analytic and communication skills.
