Real Estate Acquisition Position â€" Professional , energetic, detail oriented , individual needed to work in a fast- paced Real Estate Development office . The ideal candidate will be high ly motiv! ated , well organized, career oriented and able to multi-task. R esponsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assist Real Est ate Development Manager with the acquisition , entitlement, and development process.
- Pursue/ Seek out potential development opportunities.
- Make first contact with property owners.
- Contract negotiation, including Purchase and Sale Agreements
- Work with 3 rd party professionals such as planners, engineers, architects, and attorneys.
- Assist in the site design process .
- Develop marketing flyers and posters for trade show and marketing distributions
- Researc h and apply applicable zoning laws and ordinances.
- Maintain and develop relationships with the Brokerage/Retailing community.
- Create written correspondences as required.
- Five years minimum experience in commercial real estate
- Excellent oral and ! written communication skills
- Familiarity wi th Micros! oft Office Suite and Internet
- Effective team player
- Detailed-oriented and well organized
