Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:
The Senior Legal Counsel position will pr! ovide day-to-day legal support, and serve as a legal advisor to the Company on a wide variety of legal issues related to corporate and governmental litigation such as SEC investigations, False Claims Act litigation and/or corporate internal investigations. Must have the ability to develop and revise appropriate legal strategy for discovery, investigation, handling and trial/hearing/settlement of cases or matters. Travel up to 10% required. Required Qualifications:
7+ years of relevant experience Strongly prefer experience as an in-house lawyer with responsibility for managing litigation Ability to manage outside counsel to achieve cost-effective results for the company Must be able to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely and work effectively and cooperatively on projects with business executives and other lawyers A strong intellect coupled with practical business judgment Superior writing skills Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detai! l Preferred Qualifications:
