Description: Care New England is currently seeking to employ Paragal right now, this vacancy will be reside in Rhode Island. Under the direction of an attorney, the paralegal provides legal support to the Care New England Health System and its! operating units and functions.
Required Education
Bachelors degree and Paralegal certificate required. 5 to 7 years of relevant paralegal experience in corporate legal department or law firm, preferably health care related. This job requires access to confidential and sensitive information, requiring on-going discretion and secure information management. Must be extremely organized, detail and service-oriented. Familiar with general contractual concepts and terminology. Computer literacy including the ability to work with a variety of computer data management and search systems. Experience in working with and supporting attorneys on a variety of transactions. Ability to manage the expectations and otherwise deal effectively directly with clients at all levels of the organization. General understanding of laws and regulations governing the healthcare industry preferred.
