Location: Newport, Rhode Island

Description: The Judge Group is hiring HOME HEALTH RN right now, this job will be depute in Rhode Island. More details about this job opportunity please read the description below. Judge Healthcare is currently seeking Rhode Island Registered Nurses with Home Health experience to work with a very established client in the Newport area!J ob Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to ill p! atients in their homes.
• Record clinical and progress notes.
• Coordinating other patient care services/activities to provide highest quality of patient care.
• Visiting 27-33 patients per week

Experience/ Qualifications:

• Must possess knowledge in assessing, implementing, and evaluating client’s response actual/potential medical problems.
• RN License in Pennsylvania
• Atleast 1 year of Med/Surg experience
• Atleast 1 year of Home Health experience
• Good communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
