Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:

• Manage real es! tate, construction and commercial litigation. Provide regular reports on the case status and priorities.
• Assist Real Estate, Construction, Merchandising and Finance departments with pre-litigation advice on contract disputes. Provide regular reports on priorities and status of projects.
• Manage processes for handling subpoenas, condemnations, mechanics liens, collection matters, bankruptcy creditor claims, and small claims. Required Qualifications:

7+ years experience as a litigation and trial lawyer in private practice, including experience as the lawyer primarily responsible for cases Strongly prefer experience as an in-house lawyer with responsibility for managing litigation Ability to manage outside counsel to achieve cost-effective results for the company Understanding of real estate and construction litigation Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely to business executives Ability to work independently Ability to work eff! ectively and cooperatively on projects with business executive! s and other lawyers A strong intellect coupled with practical business judgment Superior writing skills Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications:
