National title company is expanding its Deed in Lieu department and looking for experienced individuals to join our team.
Required Skills/! Qualifications:
Review mortgage accounts and credit reports for Deed in Lieu (DIL) opportunities
Communicate with borrowers and attorneys to effect DIL option
Perform DIL functions in accordance with investor guidelines
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
Adaptability to a fast paced, deadline driven work environment
Strong organizational skills
Strong people and customer service skills
Ability to read credit reports
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Mortgage banking experience or experience with non-performing loans preferred.
