Duties include but are not limited to inputting defined! benefit and/or 401(k) contributions and accuratley applying credit to members, filing, communicating with companies, lawyers and members. Must be computer literate with good composition skills and telephone manner.
Examine the daily incoming checks receipts for accuracy and completeness.
Examine the daily incoming weekly or monthly remittance receipts.
Prepare the weekly or monthly remittances for data entry.
Prepare the checks for bank deposits, run tape.
Prepare daily cash reports for the purpose of balancing to deposits.
Hight School Diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years Data Entry.
