Maintain responsibility for providing portfolio management and credit analysis to support the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) team. Responsible for helping CRE Admin Manager in managing loan portfolios fo! r line renewals, covenant compliance, updated financial information, delinquencies, documentation and substantive credit analysis and comments. Provide support to Senior Relationship Managers in developing new business: e.g. drafting term sheets and commitment letters, writing credit approval memoranda (CAMs) and assembling credit packages. Provide high level customer support and problem resolution. Provide support in completing special projects as requested. Participate in community activities, e.g. business, trade, civic and charitable organizations to contribute value to our market area and increase awareness of the bankâs products and services.
1. Credit Analysis : Responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial statements of prospective and existing customers, identifying key risks and mitigants . Assures risk rating integrity and high quality credit standards.
- Prepares well written CAMS and spreadsheets
- Prepares memos on ac! counts as required
- Oversees CRA reporting requirement! s
- Maintains orderly and complete customer credit files
- Meets with customer directly along with Relationship Manager as requested
- Resolves customer problems and satisfy customer requests not handled by the Loan Administrator
- Acts as a liaison with various representatives of the Bank and the customer: e.g. attorneys and accountants
- Contacts customers as requested and as needed to request information for the Bank
- Monitors customer payment delinquencies and assists Relationship Manager in collection
- Monitors customer overdrafts and uncollected through Loan Administrator
- Completes timely line of credit ren! ewals (avoiding past-due maturities)
- Reviews monthly customer account analyses for potential problems and opportunities
- Performs post closing follow-up ensuring receipt of necessary documentation and materials
- Monitors daily advances and pay downs to identify trends
- Monitors borrowing base certificates and availability to identify trends
- Assures SBA, regulatory and compliance standards and reporting are achieved
- Manages the process of getting information and materials for timely response, approval and closing
- Assists in the drafting of proposal letters â" term sheets
- Assists in the drafting of commitment letters
- Assists in structuring new credit facilities
- Order! s and reviews environmental reports and appraisals in conjunction with ! CRE
- Completes SBA forms when required
- Assists in drafting documentation as required by Relationship Manager

Formal credit training Strong analytical and interpretive skills Strong written communication skills Strong oral communication and human relation skills Strong computer skills and required minimum knowledge of Intermediate Micro Soft Office (specifically Word and Excel) Must be professional in all contact with coworkers, attorneys, accountants, appraisers, environmental engineers, and other professionals.
These skills and abilities are normally acquired through a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
